Owner and Trial Attorney
Lilia Bulgucheva
Lilia Bulgucheva has been practicing law since 2013 and has developed an impressive track record
of securing favorable results in matters ranging from individual disputes to complex, multiplaintiff
litigation. In 2017, she founded her own solo practice in Danville. She earned her Juris
Doctor from John F. Kennedy University College of Law, where she also gained early prosecutorial
experience as an intern with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, White Collar Crimes
Division.

Lilia’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex litigation, including real estate disputes,
civil rights claims, insurance coverage matters, and RICO cases. She has represented hundreds of
timeshare owners in rescission actions, advocated for small business owners in litigation against
large insurance companies, and handled wrongful foreclosure and fraud cases, frequently
achieving favorable confidential settlements. Her experience also includes litigating § 1983 civil
rights claims against government entities and representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury
matters. In addition, she has extensive trial experience, including an eight-week jury trial
involving criminal defense.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Greek, Lilia has received notable professional recognition,
including being named to The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 (2022–2025), selected to
the 2023 Northern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, and the 2026 Super Lawyers, an
honor awarded to only a small percentage of attorneys in the region.

Stephanie Meyer
Stephanie Meyer is a Senior Associate at Weston Law Group, PC, where she has been a key
member of the firm since 2013. Admitted to practice law in December 2016, she focuses on civil
litigation with an emphasis on real estate law, personal injury, and contract disputes.

Ms. Meyer has extensive experience representing buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals,
including agents and brokerages, in complex real estate litigation matters. She has successfully
handled hundreds of cases from initial filing through trial and appeal, securing favorable
judgments and negotiating advantageous settlements on behalf of her clients.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor from
John F. Kennedy University College of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class. She is
also admitted to practice law in the State of California and the State of Texas.

Trial Attorney
Linda Dunn
Linda Dunn is an experienced attorney with a strong background in landlord-tenant law, real
estate litigation, and probate and trust matters. She has been practicing law since 2018 and brings
over a decade of experience in the legal field through her longstanding role at Weston Law Group, where she has worked since 2012.

Linda earned her degree from JFK University and has since developed a comprehensive practice
representing both commercial and residential clients in all aspects of landlord-tenant law. She has successfully litigated thousands of eviction cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of the
complexities involved in property disputes and tenancy issues.

In addition to her landlord-tenant work, Linda handles a wide range of real estate, probate, and
trust, personal injury and habitability litigation matters. She has a proven track record of securing
favorable judgments and settlements for her clients across diverse legal disputes, reflecting her
commitment to effective advocacy and client-focused representation.
